## About MJM Cleaning

MJM Cleaning is an Ottawa, Ontario cleaning service provider offering residential and commercial cleaning. Established in 1999, the business serves homes and workplaces with one-time projects and recurring cleaning.

Its services include routine and deep house cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, office and janitorial cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, post-construction cleaning, window washing, and other specialized cleaning. MJM also provides painting, plumbing and electrical services for basic property maintenance.

## Who MJM Cleaning serves

MJM Cleaning works with residential clients and businesses, including restaurants, bars, theatres, billiard halls, function spaces, offices and retail spaces. Cleaning can be arranged for a single project or on a regular schedule, with the work tailored to the client’s requirements.

## How the service works

MJM uses modern, industrial-quality vacuums, scrubbers and steam-cleaners, along with non-toxic, phosphate-free cleaning products supplied by ROMCO. The company says its products are selected with safety and effective cleaning in mind, and are suitable for homes and commercial spaces.

Staff are personally trained by proprietor Michael J. Muha in professional-quality cleaning and the use of specialty equipment. They are described as courteous, professional and punctual. Michael takes a direct role in client relationships and conducts regular and random checks of cleaning work to confirm it meets the client’s specifications.

## Experience and standards

MJM Cleaning says it has grown primarily through word-of-mouth referrals and a focus on customer satisfaction. Its stated mission is to provide five-star cleaning services at affordable rates, with attention to detail, efficiency and reliability. The company says it carries $2 million in insurance coverage and is a WSIB-accredited business.
